Ms. Zhang Weibohui

Ms. Zhang is currently the Company Secretary of Dalipal Holdings Limited. She joined the Group in October 2018 and has around eight years of experience in investor relations, corporate governance and company secretarial matters. She is a Chartered Secretary, Chartered Governance Professional and an associate member of The Chartered Governance Institute and The Hong Kong Chartered Governance Institute. Ms. Zhang holds a Master of Science degree in Professional Accounting and Corporate Governance from City University of Hong Kong and a Master of Science degree in Management from the University of Warwick.
