Mr. Meng Yuxiang

Mr. YX Meng is an executive Director and the deputy chief executive officer responsible for the overall human resources and production operational management of the Group. He has over 12 years of experience in management. Mr. YX Meng joined the Group on 21 May 2017 and has served as deputy general manager, director and assistant general manager of Dalipal Pipe. Mr. YX Meng is also a director of certain subsidiaries of the Group. Mr. YX Meng is the son of Mr. Meng Fanyong, an executive Director and chairman of the Board of the Group. Mr. YX Meng obtained a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Beijing Construction Engineering College (北京建築工程學院) (currently known as Beijing University of Civil Engineering and Architecture (北京建築大學) in July 2008, and obtained a Master of Business Administration from Peking University (北京大學) in June 2022.
